Live Fishes can be delivered only in AGRA.

All Products can be delivered All Over AGRA.

Agra( 1 day Delivery & COD)* Premium Customers.

Other cities/towns Delivery not avaible..

 Tracking Info will be shared via SMS and Email.

Booking receipts, will be shared via email or Whatsapp.

We try to dispatch via easiest and flexible w.r.t the delivery locations.

Cancellations

We can cancel the orders with or without prior information to customer, due to damage of products or accidental sick/death of live fish while packing, natural disaster examples are floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis, and other geologic processes.

We (rstropicalworld.company.site) have right to cancel any order if the issue is with payment policies and shipping policy.

We (rstropicalworld.company.site) can cancel the order if we are not able to serve the location/area/ pincode , please check with customer care team regarding delivery -before placing order.

Any Non- Payment upon orders will be auto cancelled.

Few pincodes are Not serviceable under our logistics ,with the orders are get cancelled or requested for delay delivery unserviceable or non transportation area based orders can't be shipped, please contact customer for alternate options.

We can cancel the prepaid order also  without info as per the stock availability and do refund.

Once order is shipped, after shipment if customer cancelled that will not be accepted as cancellation, the amount will not be refunded.

Incase of the delivery time if customer is not avaiable for collecting later changed to cancel and refund the paid amount is not accepted by us and can't be refunded.

Yes,the Prices are given for single piece either fish or product, its single piece price.

Will I get refund if fish dies during transportation ?

Normally the chance of death on arrival are 5% only. Before sending, the fishes are kept isolated, treated and starved to stay longer periods in transportation. You can claim for 100 percent of the cost of dead fish if death happens on arrival.

Can get any fish which is not mentioned in your website.?

YES,contact our Whatapp number they will take the pre-order.
